Browsing and preparing a brief
You can browse the portfolio without creating an account. The project finder and editable brief run in your browser. The website does not submit the text to a server or save it in browser storage. Choosing Copy my brief copies it to your device clipboard.
Email my brief opens a draft in your own email application. You review it and choose whether to send it. Preparing a brief on this page does not send an enquiry.
When you contact the studio
If you email us, we receive your email address, name and any project details or other information you include. We use this to answer you, discuss your requirements, prepare a quote and, if agreed, deliver the project.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and performing a contract where applicable. For business contact enquiries, we also rely on our legitimate interest in responding to relevant requests and managing professional relationships. Records required by law are processed to meet those obligations.
Providing information is voluntary. We need a way to reply and enough project information to respond. Please include only information relevant to your enquiry. We do not add enquirers to a marketing mailing list.
Service providers and technical data
The site is served using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure; studio email uses Gmail. These services process information needed to deliver pages, protect the service and handle email. Technical requests may include your IP address, browser details, requested file and access time.
Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their notices describe their locations and applicable transfer arrangements: OpenAI, Cloudflare and Google. Project collaborators, if needed, will be discussed as part of the project arrangements.
Cookies and tracking
We do not add advertising pixels, analytics scripts, social-media embeds or tracking cookies to this portfolio. Films and images are served with the site. Hosting infrastructure may use necessary security technologies. External links and your email provider have their own privacy and cookie practices.
How long information is kept
Enquiry correspondence is retained while needed to answer the request and carry out relevant follow-up. If a project goes ahead, the applicable project, accounting and legal record requirements determine retention. Information may also be retained where needed to resolve a dispute or establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. It is deleted when those purposes no longer require it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to studiokadr.ie@gmail.com. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions.
You can complain to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission. We do not use enquiry data for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
